Dcts4u At-risk Program (DAP) is a comprehensive and proven treatment modality for youth and adults needing intensive supports in their home community.
All of DCTS Inc. essential services were created to accomplish the goals outlined in our agency’s mission, vision, and diversity statements. Our Staff and Volunteers work diligently to educate, explore options, and empower our clients from all walks of life (men, women, and children). We aspire to Educate individuals and families. Explore available options to them. Empower them with the tools necessary to make successful life transitions or reintegration into communities as productive citizens.

Sec2ND Chance Outreach
DCTS Sec2ND Chance Program staffers are dedicated to helping each client with domestic violence, anger management, substance abuse and parenting classes to live productive lives. We also understand partnerships are essential in providing all of these services.

Case Management & Consulting Services
DCTS Case management services are a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for options and services to meet individual’s and family’s overall needs through communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes. The staff helps identify appropriate providers and facilities throughout the continuum of services while ensuring that existing resources are being used in a timely and cost-efficacious manner to obtain optimum value for both the client and the agency.
Cost of Services
Payment is due at time of services unless other prior arrangements have been made. Please make all checks payment to DC Transitional Services. There will be a $45.00 return check fee if applicable. (Checks are processed through eCheck)
DCTS provides flexible services and support, quality resources, professional development opportunities designed to enable successful life transitions or reintegration into communities as productive citizens. Most of our services are offered free of charge (or at a minimal cost to cover expenses) However; some services are determined base on a sliding scale while others are billable by the hour.

Families F1rst is a program integrated within the WITS End Program in which parents learn how to communicate more effectively with their children. Learning techniques to discipline in positive ways, and to build their kids’ self-esteem. Parents also have the opportunity to share their method of rapport to help other parents. Care packages are also provided to needy individuals and families when donations allow.
